Each Breakthrough Leadership summit includes 1-3 representatives from each Executive Department and a participant from an elected office. Email announcements will go out before each application window, and interested applicants can submit their application and 1 letter of recommendation during this window.

  • New to state government.
  • Been with the state at least 6 months and less than 3 years.
  • Not currently in a senior leadership position.
  • Drive for personal development.
  • Service-minded attitude.
  • Willingness to step out of their comfort zone.
